Continue: The Greatest Gift Ever Given To MeI believe some of the greatest gifts that someone can give to you are love, respect, loyalty, compassion and encouragement but the one that tops them all for me has already been given to me by my mother and father. Yes, they gave me all the things I mentioned at the beginning of this post but as I have told them on several occasions, the greatest gift they gave me was teaching me about my Saviour, Jesus.

The prompt to kick off this year’s writing event is “What are your biggest challenges?” and it’s an easy one for me.

I have admired her work for quite some time so I was excited to have an opportunity to join one of her live drawing lessons in which we drew an interior collage together in Procreate.

Faith Through Our Storms.
Continue: Faith Through Our Storms.We had another snowstorm this weekend in my part of the world. The snow is piled up so high, that the houses across the street, which I can normally see just fine through my basement apartment windows, are now blocked by giant walls of it and apparently, we are supposed to get even more snow this coming week. However, despite the daunting view of outside, I do choose to look at it with humour (laughter can be the best medicine) and most importantly, thankfulness to God.

Nevertheless, I did enjoy taking part in it and it helped me to make some progress on this new little blog of mine.

Ray Boltz has been one of my favourite gospel artists for as long as I can remember and “The Anchor Holds” is my favourite song. It’s been the theme to my life.

Continue: ❄Winter Has Come!❄Winter has finally come to my part of the world. It started snowing Friday night and went until sometime this afternoon. Needless to say, I did quite a bit of shoveling. Newfoundland is known for the amount of snow it can get although, there wasn’t as much last year as there is this year. In 2020 however, this part of the province had one of the worst blizzards it ever experienced. A blizzard they called Snowmageddon.
